Erma DeJusto

Ms. Erma De Justo, is an Early Childhood Educator and Certified IB Teacher. With a deep- seated passion for education and early childhood development, she has dedicated the past seven years of her career to fostering the growth and development of young learners. Her experience spans various educational approaches, with a particular focus on Montessori-based programs, which have shaped her philosophy and practice in Early Childhood Education.

She is a certified International Baccalaureate (IB) teacher and has been proudly working in the Primary Years Program under the International Baccalaureate here in BC. In her current role as an Early Childhood Educator, she has had the privilege of integrating inquiry-based learning with the rigorous standards of the IB curriculum. This role has not only allowed her to refine her teaching methodologies but has also strengthened her ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

She is committed to nurturing each child’s unique potential through a combination of hard work, collaborative efforts, and a child-centered approach. She firmly believes in the transformative power of education and the importance of continuous professional growth. Her objective is to make a meaningful and lasting impact on every student she encounters, contributing to a learning environment where both educators and students can flourish.
